Mary Evans was born circa 1796 Tennessee. A marriage bond was filed for Mary and Joel Richardson dated on 12 February 1818 Pulaski County, Kentucky. An alternate version is "m 9 Feb 1818 to Polly Evans. consent of Andrew Evins "my daughter Poley."¹
