Commodore and Luverna Parks, daughter of Hurston S Parks and Clarissa Marrs, were married 19 July 1890 Elk City, Lincoln County (then Benton), Oregon.1 Commodore Perry Bevens died 20 May 1913, in near Elk City, Lincoln County, Oregon at age 54 years.2 He was buried Elk City Cemetery, Elk City, Lincoln County, Oregon.
