     Nixon Palmer was born on 12 January 1817 Garrard County, Kentucky.1 He was the son of Burton Palmer and Rebecca Bruce. Nixon and Cina Hammonds were married 14 July 1840 Lincoln County, Missouri, State of Missouri

He was dead by 1859, as wife Sina, who was previously named guardian of Mary R and Cina O, "is discharged from annual settlement" (what does that mean?)
