     Edward Palmer was the son of Thomas Palmer.1 Edward and Elizabeth Hillsman were married.1 Edward Palmer died before 21 May 1716, When an inventory and appraisement of the estate of Edward Palmer, decd. was presented in Court by James Palmer & sworn to by Elizabeth, Relict of the decd. and admitted to record. May 21, 1716. D.W. &c. 13, p 502.2,3

     He left a will on 30 November 1715

Edward Palmer, will of; of the Parish of York Hampton in the County of York, dated Nov 30, 1715. Brother James Palmer his riding horse and the horse arms, his said brother to return the Pistolls Holsters and Carbine to the testator's son richard when he reaches the age of one and twenty years. Brother Richard Palmer his wearing clothes. Gives the remainder of his estate to his wife Elizabeth and his son Richard share and share alike. Appoints his brothers James Palmer and James Luck his executors. Proved Mch 19 1715/16 by the oaths of John Doswell Jr. & William Palmer (Wm Gordon was also a witness to the will). Nov 30, 1715.
