Constantine Basil Palmer was born on 24 November 1825 Garrard County, Kentucky. He was the son of Burton Palmer and Rebecca Bruce.1 Constantine and Almaretta McCollum were married 26 January 1848 Lincoln County, Missouri.2 Constantine and Mary Martha Campbell were married 26 December 1861 Bee County, Texas. Constantine and Mary Leona Hayden were married 2 June 1864 Wilson County, Texas. Constantine Basil Palmer died 3 December 1892, in Lorie, Wilson County, Texas at age 67 years and 9 days1 and was buried St Luke Catholic Cemetery, Loire, Wilson County, Texas.3
