Queen Victoria Franklin was born on 7 July 1857 Johnson County, Kentucky. Queen and Leander Parks, son of Charles Rice Parks and Margaret Buskirk, were married circa 1876. Queen Victoria Franklin died 12 May 1896, in near Elk City, Lincoln County, Oregon at age 38 years, 10 months and 5 days.1,2 She was buried Elk City Cemetery, Elk City, Lincoln County, Oregon.
