Robert Woodson was born in 1633/34 Pierseys Hundred, Henrico County, Virginia.1 He was the son of Dr. John Woodson and Sarah (--?--).1,2 Robert and Elizabeth Ferris, daughter of Richard Ferris and Elizabeth (--?--), were married say 1650. Robert Woodson died 1706/7, in Varina Parish, Henrico County, Virginia at age 73 years.2
