WW I Registration has 5 May 1896.1 He was the son of Anna Palmer.1 Harry and Sue Logan were married.2 Harry O West died 18 February 1936 at Veterans Administration Hospital, in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky at age 39 years, 9 months and 13 days.2
