     Alexander Trent was born on 3 March 1728/29. Alexander and Frances Scott were married circa 27 September 1750 Cumberland County, Virginia, bond "Alexander Trent, Jr to Frances Scott."2 Alexander and Elizabeth Woodson, daughter of Stephen Woodson and Elizabeth Branch, were married 1 January 1753 The Valentine Papers, Vol 1-4, 1864-1908 Woodson Family Marriage Bonds Alexander Trent to Elizabeth Woodson ; John Woodson , security. Dat. Jan. 1, 1753 ; letter of consent from Charles Bates , guardian to sd. Elizabeth , daughter of Stephen Woodson , decd.3 Alexander Trent and Ann Major Tinsley had circa 1778. Alexander Trent died 27 February 1793, Powhatan County, Virginia at age 63 years, 11 months and 24 days, his will dated 15 Feb 1793 and recorded 21 Mar 1793.2
