Thomas Parks was born on 2 August 1844. He was the son of Robert Harrison Parks and Nancy Ann Buskirk. Thomas and Mary M Harrison, daughter of John C Harrison and E G Duff, were married 5 June 1866 Tazewell County, West Virginia.1 Thomas Parks died 31 December 1927, in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington at age 83 years, 4 months and 29 days.2
