Frank Maddock

     Frank Maddock was born on 30 June 1865. He was the son of Franklin K. Maddock and Lucy Jane Palmer. Frank Maddock died 16 April 1888 at age 22 years, 9 months and 17 days.

McMinville, Or. April 14th 1888

I, Frank Maddock, being dangerously ill but sound in mind, do by these
presents make this my last will and testament and give and bequeath all of my
estate, real and personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, after
paying my funeral expenses and just debts, to my mother Lucy J. Maddock and
hereby appoint J. G. Maddock of Heppner and Louis Maddock of McMinnville
executors of this my last will and testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this fourteenth day of
April 1888.

Frank Maddock

On this 14th day of April the foregoing willl was read to the said Frank
maddock and executed by him in the presence of us and each of other and
declared by said Maddock to be his last will and testament and we subscribed
our names as witnessses thereto at his request in the presence of said Maddock
and each other.
