Will:
I, Olive B Parks, now the wife of James W. Parks, a resident of the county of Whitman, State of Washington, of the age of 35 years...:
Bequests: "my brother, Thomas V Hastings...my aunt, Myrtle Hastings.
"I have no child or children whatsover and I do not make any gift, bequest or devise to my said husband, James W. Parks."4
     Olive and James had no children.
