     Mollie Bailey was born on 18 July 1879 Kentucky.2 Mollie and Paris Joseph Parks, son of Hurston S Parks and Clarissa Marrs, were married 4 June 1934 Chehalis, Washington, "Note: Uncle Paris told us when he was about 86 before he died aged 88.
Before he met Nellie Tassel, mother of Roy and Cenelia, he was in love with one of
the Palmer girls in the Valley. Her home was about 100 miles from Elk City. He
used to walk in two days, carry a pack of food, sleep under a tree and finish the
trek next day. He thought a lot of this girl and they would have married but they
were related. Paris worked for the Palmers some summers. After deaths of their
spouses late in life, Paris and his 2nd Cousin married and lived in Boise, Ida.
where he died."1,3 Mollie Bailey died 19 March 1957, in Boise, Ada County, Idaho at age 77 years, 8 months and 1 day.2

Idaho Pioneer Mollie Parks Dies in Boise
Mrs. Mollie Arnold Parks, 77, of 6315 Poplar street, died Tuesday in a Boise hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Parks was horn in LouisvIlle, Ky., July 18, 1879, and came through Boise in 1888 with her parents en route to Oregon. Later her family returned to Boise and settled near the White Cross school. She was married to Castro Arnold in 1897, and they then moved to Camas Prairie. He died in 1930, and in 1934 she was married to Paris Parks, whose family had been in the same wagon train coming west in 1888. They lived at Kosmas, Wash., until moving to Boise in 1952. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband of Boise, include a daughter, Mrs. Adelia Trader, Hill City, Idaho; one stepson, Roy B. Parks, Bandon, Ore; a step-daughter, Conelia Parks, Los Altos, Calif; one sister, Mrs. Alice Park, Emmett; one grandson and five step-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the McBratney-Alden chapel with the Rev. Gaylord Hasselblad officiating. Interment will be at Cloverdale.
