     Philip M Graves was born in February 1847 Missouri. He was the son of John Pinkard Graves and Maria Glover. Philip and Ida Salina Milster were married 12 October 1871 Marion County, Oregon.1 Philip M Graves died 4 August 1923, in Denby, Clackamas County, Oregon at age 76 years and 6 months.2
     He served Philip M Graves filed for a pension from the Civil War on 13 Oct 1913. His widow, Ida, filed for a widow's pension on 29 Sept 1923.
