     Sarah Margaret Glover was born in 1864 Marion County, Oregon. She was the daughter of Philip Glover and Delilah Edmunson. Sarah Margaret Glover died between 14 January 1878 and 15 February 1878, Marion County, Oregon, in a diphtheria epidemic. she is not on the 1870 census, so there is a problem here.1

    Salem Mercury: Diphtheria is raging in the vicinity of Sublimity. The family of Mr. Philip Glover has been sorely afflicted by the disease. He has buried three of his children within the past six days, and four more at last accounts were in such a critical condition that no hopes for their recovery were entertained by friends and relatives.
