     Rebecca Bruce was born on 6 October 1792 Garrard County, Kentucky, then Madison County.1 She was the daughter of John Bruce and Elizabeth Clay.1 Rebecca Bruce married Burton Palmer, son of Nixon Palmer and Mary Beasley, 10 February 1814 Garrard County, Kentucky.2

Rebecca Bruce died 2 March 1846 , Lincoln County, Missouri at age 531 and was buried Palmer Cemetery, Eversmeyer farm near Silex MO TWN 50 N R1W survey 1745 sect 17., Lincoln County, Missouri.3
     As of 10 February 1814,her married name was Palmer (Bruce).
