     Wilbur S. Graves was born on 15 April 1865 Silverton, Marion County, Oregon.1 He was the son of John Pinkard Graves and Maria Glover. Wilbur S. Graves married Ethel Irene Boone 16 August 1900 Multnomah County, Oregon.1 Wilbur S. Graves died 19292 and was buried Aurora IOOF Cemetery, Aurora, Clackamas County, Oregon.2

Wilbur applied for "Registration-Native Citizen" to the consulate in Vancouver, BC, for registration as an American Citizen.
He noted that he was born in Silverton, Oregon, on April 15th 1865, his father was John P Graves, born in Virginia.
He left the US on March 1914, to Vancouver BC, Canada, where he is now residing for the purpose of "Lumberman" on behalf of Graves & Thompson, Lynn Creek P.O. B.C. (American capital).
He resided in Vancouver from 1910 to 1913, and from March 1914 to "date."
His legal domicile is in Silverton, Oregon, as is his permanent address, and locally at Lynn Creek.
He wishes to remain a citizen of the US and intend to return thereto permanently to reside and perform the duties of citrizenship within 5 years, or sooner.
