     William Glover was born on 21 October 1822 Missouri.1 He was born on 21 October 1821 Missouri. He was the son of Philip Glover and Sarah Koontz. William Glover married Jane Jett Graves, daughter of William Graves and Lucy Berger, 17 October 1843 Montgomery County, Missouri.2 William Glover died 23 August 1892 , Marion County, Oregon at age 69.3 His estate was probated William Glover, File #1381. Testate. Died 8-23-1892 at residence of John P.GRAVES, 2 1/2 miles from Silverton,Marion Co.,Oregon. His will dated 4-23-1887, he was from Mt.Angel,Marion Co.,Oregon. Ex:Charles P.Glover 9-6-1892.

Glover, William, Marion Co; b 1822, ST. Charles Co., Mo; SC 20 Dec 1850; m Jane J. 19 Oct 1843, Montgomery Co, Mo. Aff: Randolph C. Gibson, John P. Graves. in December 1850 Marion County, Oregon.2 He and Jane Jett Graves immigrated from from Missouri. They took up land in Marion County, Oregon. Jane got the east half of a section, Wm got the west half. in 1847 to Marion County, Oregon. William and Jane had no documented children.

From Bancroft: "William Glover settled in Marion County. Mrs. Jane Jett Graves Glover was born in Pittsylvania Co., Va., in 1827, removed with her parents to missouri in 1830, and was married to William Glover in 1843, with whom she came to Oregon in 1847. She died Dec. 31, 1876. I[nterre]d., Jan. 12, 1877."4
