Elizabeth Bruce was born on 25 October 1819 Garrard County, Kentucky. She was born on 25 October 1817. according to Charles' book. She was the daughter of Horatio Bruce and Eliza Beasley. Elizabeth and William Withers were married 12 April 1838 Mason County, Kentucky, George B Mason, guardian to William, signed the permission.1 Elizabeth Bruce died 12 March 1903 at age 83 years, 4 months and 15 days.2 She was buried after 12 March 1903 Sturdivant Cemetery, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.2
