Edward Palmer1

#8170, b. circa 1597
Edward Palmer was born circa 1597 England.1,2
He immigrated in 1629 to Virginia Colony in the ship Friendship, with Adam Thorogood receiving the headrights.

I believe this needs further work, as Adam Thoroughgood came to Virginia to the Chesapeake around 1622, did his indenture, returned to England, and came to Virginia with 105 men, and granted a large landholding near now Norfolk, on the south side of the mouth of the James River. William Hines, Edward Reynolds, Wm. Hookes, Edward Palmer, Edward Jones, John Dyer, in the Friendship in 1629 (Adam Thorogood)

"Captain Adam Thoroughgood, or Thorowgood, as the name was more usually spelt, was born in 1602, and came to Virginia in 1621 (Hotten), and settled at Kicotan (Hampton). . ."
"Adam Thoroughgood acquired by patent large tracts of land, one of them 5,200 acres, stated to be granted to him "at the espetiall recommendation of him from their Lordships and others of his Majesty's most Hon'ble privie Councell."
...
The names on the "importation list" is missing Wm Hookes: "Wm. Hinds, Edward Reynolds, Edward Palmer, Edward Jones, John Dyer (in ye french Ship, 1629--qu. ' Friendship)." Edward was likely to have been an adult before making this crossing, thus, he would have been born around 1590-1609.

More work needs be done when LVA is open again.3
