     Dixon Richard Palmer was born between 1831 and 1835 Illinois.1,2 He was the son of William Palmer.1 Dixon and Lucinda Graves were married before 1870 as she does not appear in the 1870 census, and two sons, Pleasant and William are living with Dickson's brother, Pleasant.3,4 Dixon Richard Palmer died before 1870, Sons Pleasant (the unnamed son in 1860, and William, are in the household of their uncle, Pleasant Palmer.4
